All Parish Council meetings are held on the second Wednesday in each month, starting at 6.30pm in the back room of Yarnton Village Hall as follows:


14 January – Ordinary Parish Council meeting


21 January – Budget meeting


11 February – Ordinary Parish Council meeting


11 March – Ordinary Parish Council meeting

 8 April – Ordinary Parish Council meeting

22 April – Chair's Annual Parish Meeting


13 May – Annual Meeting of the Parish Council

 10 June – Ordinary Parish Council meeting

 8 July – Ordinary Parish Council meeting


12 August – Ordinary Parish Council meeting

 9 September – Ordinary Parish Council meeting


14 October – Ordinary Parish Council meeting


11 November – Ordinary Parish Council meeting

 9 December – Ordinary Parish Council meeting


Members of the public are welcome to attend all Parish Council meetings for all or part of the meeting. Members of the public who wish to speak need to contact the Clerk 7 days in advance of the meeting, giving notice of what they wish to say; any person will be limited to 5 minutes, and the total time for public contributions is limited to 15 minutes. Members of the public wishing to speak on any other matter or to be involved in the Councillors’ general discussion may only do so at the discretion of the Chairman.

Minutes are added to this page once they have been approved by the Council at the subsequent meeting. For copies of minutes of meetings held prior to 2019 please contact the Clerk.

Annual Parish Meetings

The Chair's Annual Parish meeting usually takes place in April of each year and provides residents with an update on recent activities and offers them an opportunity to discuss any parish issues.
